📦 Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.


🚚 How long does delivery take?

  • Handling time: 1–2 working days

  • Shipping time: 3–5 working days

  • We only ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


🇬🇧 Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We may offer international shipping in the future.


🛑 Can I return an item?

Yes, we offer 14-day free returns for damaged or faulty items only.
We do not accept returns for used items or if you change your mind.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only. All payments are processed securely.


📧 I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you've entered the wrong address or selected the wrong item. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.


📷 My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that!
Please email us at contact@homarry.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

We’re closed on weekends and UK public holidays.


🕔 What’s your order cut-off time?

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (London Time) will be processed the next working day.
